With the 2010 outdoor season just about to begin , many So Cal Youth teams will begin next week offiically training for the 2010 Track season. Coach Adam Henderson and his daughter Youth Icon 400m Bantam Girl USATF National Record Holder 2 Time Olympic Gold Medalist Monique Henderson are gearing up to give the youth athletes of th So Cal area a head start to a fast season.
The Sprint Clinic promises to be informative and fun for all in attendance. This is a great opportunity to learn new approaches to sprinting, meet like minded coaches,parents and the kids to have fun while learning a few new things.
The clinic location is in the San Diego area at Lincoln High School. Just 20.00 per athlete and will be from 11am-3pm .Registration will begin promptly at 10:am-10:45am. Ages 12-18yrs
