 Well it’s that time of the season when Region 15 gears up for the post season meets. We are off for a  couple of weeks before Association .Regionals, then a few more weeks off before the USATF Junior Olympics In Greensbro, NC. As unusual as it may seem parents and athletes alike need a little inspiration going into the final stretch of the track season,summer is just around the corner and our attention can wane as the heat rises for beach and outdoor activities.

There are so many track performances that inspire me and over the next few weeks on Fridays I highlight my favorites.
