TrackMom’s Yogurt

I recently succumbed to the constant requests from Lauren after school for  Frozen Yogurt from a store “like” PinkBerry’s. There is no PinkBerrys around my home.My sister takes her often when she visits and frankly has spoiled my child rotten(in a good way) My extended family also enjoys eating healthy and have sports children.  They know they have to be moderate when it come to desserts.. I was kinda interested in what all the fuss was about so I decided to surprise Lauren one day after school with some frozen yogurt. Not  PinkBerry’s but some frozen yogurt.

It tasted great, and usually Lauren and I split snacks and sweets ,more for my benefit that hers but it cost so much I decided to let her have it  all $5.75 for a small cup….Our family cost would be over 17 dollars  for a snack. That’s 4 gallons of gas. NO WAY. I simply refused to pay  that on a regular basis for a little snack fun. I promptly went to Costco and purchased a Frozen dessert maker. The best purchase I have made in a long time. It is super simple to use, clean-ups a breeze and once you mix the base and put it in the mixer you are on your way to good eating in about 20-25 minutes .I tell Lauren take a bath and get ready for bed when you finish I will  have your dessert ready. Sure enough, Great Frozen Yogurt TrackMom Style (cheap and good for you) and a fraction of the cost. I have only had  it a little while but it has almost paid for itself and it has earned me some  ”Thanks Mom” points too!
