In my household we are on a quest for eight. Eight fruits and vegetables daily. It’s getting easier and easier everyday because I have made a game out of it. At the end of every day we see who has eaten the most and they are the winners.In a house of runners ,former and current everything is a competition.Why shouldn’t healthy eating be on the list too. So far, 5 servings has been the lowest.Now it’s not so hard to eat our eight fruits and veggies. Try it in your house and see what your family can do.
