3.14.08 Inspiration Friday It’s Not To Early To Plan For A Record

This is a great video for inspiration and believing in the possibilities. In the beginning  of this video the language of the background song  has a few curse words(you could forward that part )but the rest of the track content was great. Check out all the latest world record performances. 

Tomorrow’s Lauren’s first meet since her big bout with the flu and  hip synovitis.She is very excited about getting on the track. We watched this video yesterday and even though they were all men here she was inspired all the same. News Flash…Lauren is no longer running unattached.She is now a member of….  (Hint Red is one of the colors)Well come to the meet Chino Hills High School 8am or check out the highlights on Tuesday.  : )
